Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when choosing a TryScent fragrance. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@tryscent.co with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

All returns must be sent to the following Arena Concepts Limited address: Unit G, 15/F, TAL Building, 49 Austin Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@tryscent.co so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, TryScent covers the cost of return shipping.

The following items cannot be returned: gift cards and items marked as final sale.

If you would like a different scent, the quickest method is to complete a return and place a new order once the return is accepted.

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you retain your legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Our 60-day return window is an additional benefit and does not replace your statutory rights.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@tryscent.co.
